At first I thought it was just another piece of internet BS lol but my wife insisted I try the trick in the morning on an empty stomach. Result: I went from a size 40 to a 36 in 15 days, without starving myself or spending a fortune on pharmacy meds. Dr. Oz is the real deal!

OMG ladies, the belly pouch I've had for 8 years completely vanished in 20 days! 😭😭 I swore only a tummy tuck would fix it. Just make sure you do it exactly how he teaches in the video, the secret is all in the timing!!

I'm 53 with hypothyroidism, nothing made me lose even half a pound. I started the baking soda ritual last week and lost 9 lbs of pure bloat. My doctor was totally shocked at my appointment yesterday lol thank you for sharing this video it helped me so much!!

Watch until the end guys!! I almost closed the video because I thought it was too simple, but the trick he teaches about the water temperature makes ALL the difference. Lost 17 lbs in 15 days, feeling like I'm 20 again ✨💃🏻

If someone told me a $3 box of baking soda would get better results than Ozempic I wouldn't have believed it... down 20 lbs on the scale already and zero side effects. Saved my life and my wallet!
